Our very common lemonade which every Indian knows to make at home also is the specialty of Indore. The basic ingredients like lemon, sugar, water and a pinch of salt can be mixed in this way as well is still a mystery for many. Try it as many times as you can at home but the same flavor never comes up.
- Poha and Jalebi:
This is not your standard breakfast buffet which is available in the hotel you are staying in. It is what we call is the Desi breakfast of the city which can be found in every nook and corner of the city at the early hours of the day. The perfect combination of salty with something sugary, soft with crunchy is the definition of this one.
